1. General
These terms and conditions govern all sales of fine art prints and participation in workshops offered by Natasja Sadi. By purchasing a product or booking a workshop, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
• Quality: All fine art prints are created using high-quality materials and techniques to ensure longevity and visual excellence.
• Custom Orders: Custom orders are available upon request and may require additional processing time and costs.
3. Workshops
• Booking: Workshops must be booked in advance. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Cancellation: Workshops are non-refundable.
• International Workshops: Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and insurance arrangements.
4. Payments
• Methods: Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. All payments must be received in full before products are shipped or workshops are attended.
• Currency: All prices are listed in Euros (EUR). Currency conversion fees may apply for international payments.
5. Shipping
• Domestic Shipping: Products are shipped within the Netherlands via standard delivery services. Delivery times may vary.
• International Shipping: International shipping is available and will incur additional charges based on location. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Handling: Extra care is taken in packaging prints to ensure safe delivery. However, minor variations in color and brightness may occur due to different monitor settings.
6. Returns and Refunds
• Products: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt if the product is in its original condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Custom orders are non-refundable.
• Workshops: Refunds for workshops are subject to the cancellation policy outlined above.
7. Liability
Natasja Sadi is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of products or participation in workshops, including personal injury or property damage.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected during the purchase or booking process will be used solely for order processing and communication. Your information will not be shared with third parties.
9. Intellectual Property
All images and content on this website are the property of Natasja Sadi and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any images or content without written permission is prohibited.
